We're looking for Production Team Member to join our inclusive and supportive team in Kewdale on a full-time permanent. Whether you're bringing manufacturing experience or looking for a new career opportunity, we'll provide the training, support and development to help you succeed.
This role operates on a rotating roster pattern that includes night and weekend work, supporting our 24/7 manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do
- Operate production machinery and technology safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with your team to produce Australia's favourite beverages
- Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself and those around you
- Operate forklifts and equipment as required (we'll support you to gain your licence if needed)
- Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain high standards of quality and operational excellence
About You
- Able and willing to perform hands-on, practical work
- A great communicator with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, adaptable and eager to learn
- Experience in Production, FMCG or Warehousing is welcome, but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than industry experience
- Comfortable working across our rotating roster (24/5 or 24/7) including 12-hour shifts
- Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting others to achieve shared goals
