The Role

Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for keeping equipment running at its best?

We’re seeking a Field Service Technician to be based in the Western part of Melbourne, and play a crucial role in servicing, repairing, and maintaining beverage equipment at our customers’ sites.

In this role you'll work with a range of equipment including Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain Dispensing Equipment, Vending Machines, Frozen Beverage Machines, and Coffee Machines.

Once you have completed on the job training and are deem competent, you will work as part of a field service team ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably.

You’ll also be expected to embody our company values, consistently demonstrate safe behaviours, and support our ongoing commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

A typical day would look like, but not be limited to:

  • Participating in regular safety toolbox talks and uphold a strong safety culture.
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing beverage equipment at customer sites.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and software issues efficiently.
  • Delivering technical support and training to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate service documentation and reports.
  • Complying with OHS regulations and company policies.
  • Participating in workplace inspections and audits.
  • Managing service parts inventory and handle tools responsibly.
  • Travelling to various customer locations, sometimes at short notice.
  • Joining a rotating 7 day a week roster shift patten including weekend and on-call.
  • Communicating professionally and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Staying up to date with equipment and technology advancements.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and initiative driven new team member who also possesses the following attributes:

  • Electrical or Refrigeration background preferred but not essential.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Clear and confident communicator across all levels.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driven by continuous improvement and a proactive mindset.
