We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner to lead recruitment strategy for our Commercial (Sales) function — a role with real impact and the chance to shape the future of one of Australia’s most dynamic FMCG sales teams.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Commercial, you’ll work closely with our dynamic Sales leadership teams to recruit top-tier commercial talent across field sales, key accounts, revenue growth, and commercial strategy.

You will play a key role in driving performance and building engagement within the team you lead — ensuring delivery is aligned to the Commercial (Sales) people strategy, with a clear line of sight between each hire and the function’s strategic priorities. You’ll also elevate our commercial talent strategy, build pipelines for the next generation of sales leaders, and influence hiring decisions that drive real business outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Strategic Talent Partnership

  • Lead talent acquisition strategy across Sales, Revenue Growth Management, and Category/Commercial teams
  • Use market insights and workforce planning to shape hiring strategies
  • Embed Inclusion & Diversity across all recruitment efforts

360° Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage 20+ requisitions — from territory managers to senior commercial leaders
  • Own 360 recruitment: briefing, sourcing, assessment, offer, and onboarding
  • Deliver a professional, candidate-first experience at every stage

Sourcing & Sales Talent Pipelines

  • Build strong pipelines for commercial, sales, and leadership roles
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, talent maps, and internal networks to uncover high performers

TA Projects & Improvements

  • Contribute to global TA projects, systems, and process enhancements
  • Track and act on key metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, diversity, source effectiveness)

Coaching & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coach hiring managers to build inclusive, capability-driven teams
  • Represent TA at commercial industry and community events
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across the TA team

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!

  • 4–6+ years of full-cycle recruitment (in-house, RPO, or agency), ideally within commercial or sales roles
  • You’re a TA professional who work in service with the business to deliver to their strategic outcomes (i.e. you know the Commercial People Strategy and how your team delivers to this in TA.
  • Experience sourcing and attracting high-performing sales talent
  • You’ve lead team’s and can talk to how you drive performance and build engagement
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and advisory
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (or similar ATS)
  • Strong planning and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of inclusive hiring practices and local employment law
