Time Specialist

ABOUT YOUR ROLE
A great opportunity has become available for a Time Administrator to join our diverse People & Culture team, who can adapt to the new and exciting environment at Coca Cola Europacific Partners as we continue to grow.
Responsible for high quality time and attendance activities within CCEP Australia to ensure all employees are paid correctly, on time and in line with all local legislation.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Timekeeping Management:
- Maintain and update employee time records in Kronos or SuccessFactors as needed (e.g. Updating rosters/work schedules).
- Monitor time entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our EA (Enterprise Agreements) and address and resolve any discrepancies in time records promptly.
- Collaborate within the broader People Services function but also cross-functionally to ensure accuracy of time inputs, to ensure process adherence for inputs as well as timings being aligned with payroll into the system.
- Process multiple time/attendance and all associated activity in line with monthly timelines.
Employee Support:
- With exceptional customer service skills, address employee enquiries about timekeeping, attendance, and leave policies through our service management platform, Genie.
- Educate employees, managers and business partners on timekeeping procedures and best practices.
- Support employees through the process of moments that matter, e.g. parental leave or other longer periods of absence.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Monthly and quarterly auditing to ensure compliance with EA agreements, state guidelines and regulations.
- Support the Time Team Leader with SOX controls and external audits.
- Generate and analyse timekeeping reports for HR and management.
- Work with the IR team, the site, the Time Team leader and BPT to develop and implement time solutions in accordance with paid time off and pay practices and policies both within CCEP and within Australian legal practices.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive time and pay practice standardisation, automation, and actively work on continuous improvement opportunities across our processes.
- Support the Time Team Leader with the change management and training of newly implemented processes on sites or as applicable.
- Support with Time related projects as needed
System Maintenance:
- Monitor the interfaces between Kronos and SAP ECP and SuccessFactors.
- Monitor that the systems are correctly running without errors for example, time calendars, accrual calculations, public holidays etc.
- Assist with issue resolution with IT, vendors, HR teams and sites and manage and support 3rd party vendor partners where applicable alongside our IT function (BPT).
- Support BPT with testing for system upgrades and for new functionality.
- Be able to clearly document new system requirements for BPT, such as updating pay rules or employment terms after an EA change.
- Set up calendars, contingents, types of time, absences or any other time foundation data.

Whilst no formal qualifications or experience are required, the below are preferred:
- Proficient with Kronos UKG Pro, other HR systems (SAP/SuccessFactors) is a bonus
- Proficient with Time knowledge and processing
- Strong process improvement mindset
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong interest in systems and system improvement
Core skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
