Senior Manager, Digital and Channel Excellence
SøkThe role is positioned within the Commercial Development Department and is responsible for defining and
driving digital and channel excellence in Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Norway (CCEPN). This involves a
targeted emphasis on key strategic commercial areas, guiding our journey to success through a
commitment to excellence though adoption and localization of CCEP communities of practice.
Senior Manager Digital and Channel Excellence will be CCEPN’s responsible for setting the Look of
Success (LOS). This involves taking the Group’s vision of LOS and translating it into the local market, in
close collaboration with Commercial Development Director and supporting third parties. The role is also
responsible for distributing and driving adoption of LOS to the broader organization in close collaboration
with the Business Operations department.
The role is responsible for setting CCEPN’s digital agenda, collaborating closely with Commercial
Development Director and other functions at CCEPN and thus securing a 360, End-to-End approach. This
involves identifying opportunities for growth in the digital landscape, developing the digital strategy as part
of the overall strategy and setting the priorities for digital channel development. Hence, the role sets the
foundation for the digital aspects for shopper marketing plans developed by Channel and Customer
Activation Planning teams together with interfacing teams and customers.
The role requires a strategic mindset and a solid understanding of digital capabilities, built upon an end-to-
end understanding of our business and channel development. Senior Manager Digital & Channel
Excellence is expected to be up to date on the customer and consumer and their needs, including
consumer trends and new technologies. The role is also responsible for equipping commercial and digital
resources, along with other relevant stakeholders in CCEPN, with the latest insights on digital trends and
technologies – both external insights and insights from other markets. Hence, the role is accountable for
building close relationships with other marketing teams to identify best practices and localizing these to
CCEPN.
In addition to strategic responsibilities, the Senior Manager Digital & Channel Excellence will act as a
capability builder within CCEPN’s commercial organization. The role will proactively identify knowledge gaps
and lead structured training sessions for Channel & Customer Activation team and other relevant
stakeholders, with a focus on retail media, media agency terminology and digital marketing fundamentals.
The role will serve as a translator between media agency expertise and internal commercial teams,
ensuring that all stakeholders are equipped to engage confidently and effectively in media-related
discussions with our customers.
As one of CCEPN’s AI Champions, the role will also be responsible for demystifying artificial intelligence
and translating complex concepts into simple, actionable insights for commercial teams. This includes
organizing learning sessions, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of curiosity and experimentation
around AI tools and their commercial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of emerging
technologies and be passionate about enabling others to understand and apply them in their daily work.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for defining commercial excellence in CCEPN: Digital & Commercial Vision
· Responsible for defining the commercial and digital vision in CCEPN, driving our channel development
· Responsible for developing and communicating CCPEN’s digital strategy, including Retail Media strategy and ways of working in alignment with CCEPN’s overall strategy and ambition.
· Serve as the primary liaison between KO and CCEP’s commercial teams on digital matters, acting as a digital expert and first point of contact both internally and externally.
· One of the few AI Champions responsible for driving local AI initiatives into the central system. Identify new technologies relevant for the commercial agenda in CCEPN, and drive the strategic and commercial implementation of these Community of Practice
· Follow the Central Community of Practice closely, seek learnings, identify, localize and implement best practices from Central and other CCEP markets into the local market
· Build relationships with customer marketing and digital teams in other CCEP markets to strengthen best practice sharing and scale
· Actively seeking inspiration, learning and improvement by being frequently out in the field
· Leverage data-driven insights to identify new growth opportunities
· Actively share best practice from Norway with the central system, putting Norway on the agenda
· Foster a culture of continuous learning within the commercial landscape Channel Development
· Responsible for driving our channel development, defining successful execution pr environment supporting the Channel & Customer Activation Team
· Capture digital shopper insights and data. Share channel expertise with relevant stakeholders and equip digital activation teams with sell-in materials on digital trends when needed
· Responsible for translating the central Look of Success (LOS) into the local market and define & implement LOS in CCEPN
· Project lead for digital central initiatives being implemented in the CCEPN. Responsible for driving the project, implement ways of working and securing internal focus and execution
· Capture digital shopper insights and data. Share channel expertise with relevant stakeholders and equip digital activation teams with sell-in materials on digital trends when needed
· Responsible for securing a close collaboration between Channel & Customer Activation Teams and Business Operations functions.

Experience preferred
· A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in a FMCG commercial organization, with focus
on channel development and marketing – digital experience is essential
· Strong experience in strategy development and working with commercial landscape
· Strong experience with channel development
· Proven track record of executing effective digital marketing campaigns
Qualifications required
· Bachelor or Master’s degree in business economics, marketing, or a related field
· Proficiency in both written and spoken Norwegian and English
· Recognized relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
Functional technical skills required
· Strong knowledge of the digital market and customer needs
· Strong understanding of retail media ecosystems and media agency terminology
· Digital know-how and early adapter of new technology
· Project management experience and skills
· Experience in training / workshops / upskilling, ideally within FMCG or media/agency environments
