If you're driven, passionate and ambitious, the Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) position based in Port Moresby is the ideal role for you.
The role:
The purpose of the role is to lead the Maintenance shift Maintenance Team in preventative and planned maintenance work, designing and implementing work schedules for the mechanical and electrical staff, providing motivation and assistance when necessary, inspecting and assessing the work done by the mechanical staff, troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions, inspect systems to determine preventative maintenance need.

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Former Apprentice Certificates
- Mechanical Tradesman Certificate
- Minimum Diploma in Heavy Duty Fitter Machinist/ Electronics and Instrumentation/ Mechanical/ Electrical) in a recognised university
- At least 3 years Industrial experience in mechanical supervisor level
- Knowledge of department and city policies and procedures, and government laws and regulations on mechanical and utilities work
- Knowledge of the methods, practices, tools, materials, equipment, and safe working practices involved in the operation, construction, maintenance, and repair of machinery
- HMI Software – WinCC Explorer; Zenon;
- Familiar on Servo Drives troubleshooting – ACOPOS; SEW; Rexroth
- Management of staff and workorder process
- Knowledge on Maintenance Planning software– Pragma, SAP
- Experienced of working in Beverage Manufacturing Plant a bonus
- Strong knowledge and understanding of CCEP PNG’s core business and business process.
- Strong communication skills and an awareness of operating in a multicultural, multinational work environment.

- Capable to use assembly drawings, P&ID’s and manuals to tune equipment for operation.
- Technical hands-on experience & PMP.
- Organized with a high ability to multitask and manage workloads.
