Senior Manager, IT Internal Controls

You will join our Corporate Internal Controls team, a diverse and highly collaborative group working at the intersection of technology, finance, and transformation. Together, we are reshaping how internal controls are designed, embedded, and monitored. We are leveraging AI, automation, and Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) to support CCEP’s digital future.

This role offers strong visibility, meaningful impact, and the opportunity to partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, IT, Audit, and Transformation programmes such as Profectus.

What you will do

As Senior Manager, IT Internal Controls, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and modernising CCEP’s IT internal control environment. You will be a trusted partner to management, ensuring controls are effective, embedded by design, and enabled through data, automation, and technology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing IT finance controls aligned to the COSO framework across all Business Units and Shared Service Centres
  • Leading IT risk assessments for major digital and transformation programmes, including APS and Profectus
  • Embedding IT controls within business processes and system implementations from the outset
  • Designing and implementing automated, efficient IT application controls
  • Driving the Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) journey, including use of GRC CCM, data analytics, RPA, Databricks, and AI‑enabled tools
  • Leading IT application controls and SOD/SEN transformation as part of the S/4HANA rollout
  • Acting as a control and risk business partner for key initiatives impacting the IT environment
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance controls through new technologies, improved processes and regulatory awareness
  • Leading and developing team members supporting IT digital transformation risk assessments
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to promote a strong culture of control, compliance and accountability
  • Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, technology partners and The Coca‑Cola Company

What we expect from you

To thrive in this role, you should bring strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset and a passion for using technology to improve control effectiveness.

  • 8–10+ years’ experience in IT internal controls, SOX, internal audit or risk management within a complex corporate or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of IT risks, controls and internal control frameworks, with experience designing mitigation strategies
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex projects and navigating matrix organisations
  • Proven experience with digital transformation, automation or control modernisation initiatives
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and sound judgement
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build trust across Finance, IT, Audit and Digital teams

Qualifications

  • Degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Professional certification preferred (e.g. CISA, CPA, ACCA, CFE, CMA, CIMA, CIA)
