Role Purpose
At CCEP, we're passionate about creating moments of connection through some of the world's most loved brands. The Channel Marketing Manager, At Home is responsible for leading the development and execution of CCEP Australia's At Home channel strategy across Woolworths, Coles and Independents.
The role owns the translation of commercial, shopper, customer and brand priorities into integrated omnichannel execution plans that deliver category growth, shopper conversion, customer value and commercial performance. Working across physical retail, digital commerce and retail media environments, the role ensures CCEP's plans are executed consistently and effectively across the end-to-end shopper journey.
As the key channel leader for At Home, the role partners closely with Sales, Shopper Marketing, Category Leadership, Revenue Growth Management, Marketing, Digital Commerce and The Coca-Cola Company to deliver integrated plans that influence consideration, conversion and purchase across all shopper touchpoints.
Leading a team of six, the role is accountable for channel planning, activation excellence, execution capability and performance outcomes, ensuring CCEP continues to strengthen its leadership position across Australia's largest retail customers.
This is a full-time permanent role based in our head office in North Sydney.
Key responsibilities
- Lead CCEP's At Home channel strategy across Woolworths, Coles and Independents.
- Translate commercial priorities, shopper insights and customer strategies into actionable channel plans.
- Lead integrated activation across in-store, eCommerce, retail media and digital channels.
- Create connected shopper journeys that drive consideration, conversion and repeat purchase.
- Partner with Shopper Marketing and Digital Commerce to deliver best-in-class omnichannel execution.
- Partner with Woolworths, Coles and Independent customer teams to develop growth plans and support Joint Business Planning.
- Influence customer priorities through insight-led recommendations and compelling commercial propositions.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution across the At Home channel.
- Establish clear execution standards, governance and performance review processes.
- Partner with Sales and Field teams to drive outstanding in-market execution and simplify ways of working.
- Own channel performance tracking, reporting and optimisation.
- Leverage shopper, customer and category insights to identify risks, opportunities and growth drivers.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of six channel specialists.
- Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

About you
You're an experienced FMCG leader who understands how to turn shopper insights, customer opportunities and commercial priorities into results.
You bring a strong understanding of the grocery landscape and thrive in complex, fast-paced environments where collaboration, influence and strategic thinking are critical to success.
You'll likely have:
- Significant FMCG experience across sales, customer development, channel strategy, shopper marketing, category leadership or commercial planning.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale customer and channel programs.
- Experience working with major grocery retailers, particularly Woolworths and Coles.
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel retail, digital commerce and evolving shopper behaviours.
- Experience leading teams and developing organisational capability.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex matrix environments.
- Strong understanding of commercial planning, customer strategy and go-to-market execution.
- Experience delivering integrated physical and digital activation plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline.
