The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable QSE Product & Process Specialist to support the development, commercialisation, and ongoing quality performance of our portfolio of products. You will play a key role in ensuring new and existing products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement across internal sites and co-manufacturers.

This is a full-time, permanent position, operating in our stunning North Sydney office. The role can also be done out of our Moorabbin VIC office. The role may require occasional travel to manufacturing sites and partner locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product commercialisation and provide technical expertise across development and manufacturing processes
  • Develop, review, and validate Mixing Instructions (MMI/PMI) in collaboration with Brand Partners and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all products meet legal, food safety, and brand partner requirements
  • Maintain system and data integrity across the integrated management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and partner standards
  • Support onboarding and technical integration of new or existing co-manufacturers
  • Conduct risk assessments, validation trials, and ensure appropriate testing criteria for new products
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Quality, Environment, Safety, Health (QESH) programs
  • Support audits, GMP, and continuous improvement programs

About You

You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related discipline
  • Experience in FMCG within a technical, R&D, NPD, or Quality role
  • Understanding of Environment and Safety with the business or similar manufacturing environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage technical documentation
  • Strong computer literacy and data analysis capability
