These commercially-focused finance roles are embedded within specific brands across CCEP GB, offering a unique opportunity to influence business outcomes directly.
As part of this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across CCEP and our Brand Owners—including R&MGM, Commercialisation, and Supply Chain—to support profitable decision-making through robust, fact-based analysis.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate strong commercial acumen and act as a trusted business partner. These roles work closely with the Commercial teams, making them ideal for individuals motivated by driving business impact and learning from diverse perspectives. As a Finance Manager, you’ll leverage your experience across multiple areas of CCEP to shape strategic decisions and deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the Stills P&Ls for Smartwater, Powerade, and Oasis — report performance and lead monthly finance reviews with KO.
- Partner with the Brand Acceleration team to develop and model Long Range Plans for the stills portfolio.
- Ad-Hoc Brand questions from KO finance relating to the Sparkling portfolio
- Lead innovation business case development for relevant brands, working closely with R&MGM, Commercialisation, Product Costing, and KO.
- Drive Pack Innovation initiatives, including cost-saving projects, new pack formats, and packaging changes.
- Manage sample pricing processes, Set the samples prices at the start of the year &ensure accurate base pricing for innovations within internal systems.
- Oversee Marketing Credits and period-end processes
- Support ad hoc requests as needed.
What we expect of you
- Previous work experience in a commercial finance environment (ideally within FMCG), with exposure to the analysis of revenue and its component parts.
- Part or fully qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
