What we look for:

  • Strong Experience within FMCG, in National Accounts roles (UK grocery, convenience, or wholesale)
  • Experience in alcohol or ARTD categories is a plus, but not essential
  • A strong commercial mindset, with a track record of delivering growth and unlocking opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment

Key focuses within these roles:

  • Create, negotiate & execute win/win JBPs
  • Business Development to secure new retail opportunities
  • Lead multi-functional retailer engagement, particularly Category, Supply & Shopper Marketing
  • Maximise range and distribution
  • Launch transformational product innovation
  • Best in-class day-to-day account management
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration

Please note: These roles are based at our head office in Uxbridge, so you must be commutable to travel there 3 days per week.
