Category Manager (Co-Packing), Procurement, Pan EU
Join us in shaping the future of sustainable sourcing across Europe.
We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Category Manager to lead our Co-Packing category—outsourcing manufacturing processes—across multiple European markets. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive value, innovation, and sustainability across our supply chain.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development and execution of category strategies across EU markets, balancing cost, quality, and supply security.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align procurement goals with business strategy—acting as the single point of contact for your category.
- Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements and identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Manage RFIs/RFPs, negotiations, and contracts using our 7-Step Strategic Sourcing methodology.
- Champion supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Deliver on sustainability goals and risk mitigation strategies through innovative sourcing.
- Monitor and report on procurement performance and value delivery.

What You’ll Bring:
Experience:
- Proven success in procurement or category management, ideally with exposure to cardboard and corrugated packaging.
- Experience working with global and regional suppliers
Skills:
- Strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
- Market assessment and sustainability integration
- Project management and data analysis
- Risk identification and mitigation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French, German, Spanish or Dutch is a plus
