About the internship
The Talent Acquisition Team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join us between September 2026 and December 2026.
Our team creates value by attracting, selecting, and supporting talented interns, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience from the very first contact.
During the internship, you’ll take ownership of the full internship cycle, from managing requests and running recruitment campaigns to onboarding new starters and fostering a strong intern community. You’ll also support broader Talent Acquisition activities and employer branding initiatives, helping us deliver a positive and memorable candidate journey.
What you’ll do
- Internship Program : End-to-End Ownership
Be in charge of our internship cycle: from collecting requests, running recruitment campaigns, and onboarding new starters, to fostering a positive intern community, strengthening our employer branding, supporting exits, and improving the overall intern experience. You’ll be the go-to person for everything internships!
- Talent Acquisition Support
Jump in to support the TA team with day-to-day recruitment activities across functions whenever needed. Think of it as your playground to discover the world of recruitment beyond internships.
- Adhoc Projects & Employer Branding
From refining processes and running employer branding campaigns, to supporting with career fairs, content creation, or even refreshing our career site, you’ll have the flexibility to shape projects based on your own interests and learning goals. Tell us what you want to explore, and we’ll help you get there so you can walk out a TA pro.
- Operational & Admin Support
A little goes a long way, you’ll help with things like managing the TA mailbox, creating newsletters, or assisting with translations. Not the main part of your role, but a nice skill-building add-on.
Who you are
- You’re looking for an internship where you can take ownership, grow fast, and leave your mark.
- You’re curious about Human Resources, Employer Branding, and Recruitment.
- You’re independent, well-organized, and proactive, but also love being part of a team and having fun while achieving goals.
- Most importantly: you’re eager to learn and ready to bring fresh energy and ideas to the table.
- Fluent in two of the three languages (Dutch, French, English) and have a good understanding of the third
- Available from approx. September to December 2026
