We are currently looking for a Quality Technologist to join the team at Keri Juice. You will be a part of the Quality Assurance team assisting the QA Manager in the day-to-day running of the Quality Department.

What you’ll do

You will have the advantage of learning on the job gaining invaluable experience. The core functions of the role are to assist in the daily operation of our Quality Assurance department. Your key duties will involve:

  • Working cross-functionally, driving initiatives and programs to improve Quality performance
  • Ensuring that Quality and Food Safety management systems are adhered to
  • Ensuring continual compliance with current standards and regulatory requirements
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and their solutions (root-cause analysis and corrective actions)
  • Investigation and management of non-conformance, CAPA and consumer complaints
  • Providing training and support to production and other departments
  • Assisting with new product development, trials, and other projects
  • Assisting production lines to trouble shoot and problem solve



About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Graduate with a focus on Science or Food Technology or relevant technical qualification
  • At least 2 years experience in a quality assurance role
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, GMP, HACCP and Regulations e.g., GFSI and ISO standards
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Quick learner, strong attention to detail and fantastic time management and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills to influence, develop and grow relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and team members
  • Confident with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Experience in use of Microsoft suite
