L&D Senior Manager - Customer Service & Supply Chain
Location - Homebased
Contract type - Permanent
Purpose
The Senior Manager, L&D Operations, is responsible for leading the GB BU learning function for CS&SC. The role will partner with the GB business to support functional capability development and growth. Accountable for identifying learning needs, delivering solutions, and leading a team of L&D specialists in the Country.
Accountabilities
- Partner with the BU CSSC Leadership team and P&C colleagues to understand the learning needs for the business. Create and deliver the BU’s CSSC L&D plan. Signpost outside of functional priorities.
- Support the creation and deployment of The Way We Serve programs in the identified priority pillars
- Ensure robust processes are in place and followed to deliver CAPEX, Technical and QESH, regulatory and compliance training needs. That training is delivered on time, effectively and consistently with an ROI for all technical training.
- Deploy a robust LNA process, incorporating 70/20/10. Ensure this is regularly reviewed with Site management teams and P&C BPs for alignment to business priorities.
- Leverage analytics to effectively gain insights into L&D. Establish and monitor KPIs. Analyse training effectiveness making the necessary adjustments to ensure we create a culture of continuous learning and value add within the business.
- Ensure consistent frameworks, matrix's, are in place and regularly reviewed
- Manage the Country budget. Including creation, forecasting, tracking and allocation aligned with BU’s needs
- Oversee the Identification of cost-effective training solutions and vendors
- Partner with L&D Services to deliver a positive L&D experience, ensuring training management is proactively planned and delivered against
- Works with P&C BP to deliver key messages on leadership and management training and talent initiatives
- Conduct regular reviews/audits to monitor & control learning best practice & alignment of standardisation processes
- Develop, coach, lead and manage a high performing L&D team (Through regular 121's using the business tools available)
About the individual
- You will have a strong operational understanding of Supply Chain Operations and Beverage manufacturing.
- Experience in managing a team
- Be adaptable, conscientious and flexible in their approach and mindset.

- Country compliance against legislative/KORE training 100%
- Delivery against projected budget
- Delivery of training hours against plan from LNA, all training recorded in Academy
