What to expect

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key part in ensuring our products reach customers in perfect condition. You’ll be fully trained by supportive colleagues who want you to succeed.

We work on a 4‑on, 4‑off shift pattern, 12‑hour days and nights, with a cooperative and flexible approach to rota changes to meet customer and business needs.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

  • Operating a Forklift Truck to support loading and unloading for internal and external customers

  • Dispatching and servicing production lines into the ASRS system

  • Unloading inbound pallets and feeding them into ASRS

  • Case‑picking

  • Pallet rework and quality checks

You'll be joining an operation serviced by 4 infeed spurs and 28 outbound live lanes, supporting customers right across the GB network.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing a great job and enjoys being part of a supportive team. You don’t need previous warehouse experience — just the right attitude and the willingness to learn.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE level or equivalent)

  • Good IT skills

  • The ability to meet productivity targets while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

  • A commitment to high health & safety standards

  • A positive, flexible approach to shift working
