The Opportunity
We are seeking two highly organised and proactive Sales Support Coordinators to join the Grinders Coffee team on 12-month fixed-term contracts.
These roles play a critical part in supporting the execution of Grinders' national business strategy, ensuring sales, marketing and operational plans are translated into impactful execution across our channels. Working closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Operations and key support functions, you will help drive alignment, coordination and execution excellence across the business.
One role will predominantly support our Go-To-Market (GTM) activities, while the other will focus on RED (Right Execution Daily) and At Home channel execution. Both positions play a vital role in enabling commercial success across the Grinders business.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning, coordination and execution of national sales, marketing and operational initiatives across Grinders channels
• Create and maintain tools, communications and resources that enable successful execution of business and brand plans
• Coordinate point-of-sale deployment, promotional activity, customer sampling and other executional requirements across national field teams
• Support the management and tracking of budgets, state-based spend and commercial activity reporting
• Provide reporting, insights and analysis to support business decision-making and execution effectiveness
• Develop and distribute communications, execution plans, activity calendars and sales enablement materials
• Manage key administrative processes including onboarding, contract administration, compliance requirements and sales support activities
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer and channel plans
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive alignment and execution excellence
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, remove inefficiencies and enhance ways of working across the business
About You
You are a highly organised and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working across multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities and ensuring plans are executed seamlessly.
In addition, you will have:
• Previous experience in sales support, commercial operations, customer service, field sales support, marketing coordination or a similar role within FMCG or a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Strong commercial acumen and an ability to interpret data, reporting and business insights
• Experience supporting planning, execution or enablement activities within a sales or operational environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
• Confidence working across systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Agility and resilience, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
• A collaborative approach and growth mindset, with a passion for supporting business success
