The role:

To set up a sustainable RTM model that will increase availability of CCEP portfolio and enhance execution standards and control in the covered region.

Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

• Tertiary Business or Sales and Marketing qualifications.
• Minimum class 3 PNG Driver’s License.
• Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience, preferably managing distributors & wholesalers 
• Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
• Handling sales calls and managing customer objections.
• Highly disciplined individual who will lead by example
• Ability to motivate and manage a team
• Ability to influence and work with key stakeholders within the sales team
• Maturity and Leadership skills to manage the stakeholder expectations  
• High level of planning, organizational and coordination skills,
• Very Fluent in English and local language capability.
• Strong Analytical and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and report writing.
