Contribute to the design and execution of a multi-contact strategy that ensures a seamless and integrated customer experience. Join a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing processes and tools—pushing beyond traditional methods—to achieve smarter bottling and deliver best-in-class execution.
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to Omnicontact-related projects and initiatives by aligning local practices with the Central team to ensure all country-specific requirements are addressed.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration both locally and with central project teams to drive the successful deployment and adoption of tools and initiatives across sales teams.
- Support the enhancement of tools tailored for field sales teams and other key roles.
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis that inform and strengthen new initiatives.
- Develop reports evaluating the launch performance of app updates, incorporating key performance indicators.
- Leverage data to support decision-making and continuously improve processes.
- Assess the long-term impact of deployed projects, anticipating outcomes and proactively addressing potential challenges.
What the role requires:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology management, business management, economics or related field;
- 0-3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG industry;
- Experience working with large datasets and databases;
- Very good problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve business challenges;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, being able to communicate complex ideas/information, to different stakeholders;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Intermediate level of Spanish;
- Advanced user of excel and good knowledge of MS Office tools;
- Availability to travel both abroad and within country;
- Experience in Salesforce (preferred).
