About your new role…
This is your chance to step into a high-energy, hands-on leadership role in our Equipment & Service (EQS) team.
You’ll lead from the front - coaching, motivating, and supporting a diverse team of technicians and contractors and ensuring our customers get fast, reliable, high-quality service across a wide range of equipment including:
- Glass Door Merchandisers & Air Curtain Coolers
- Fountain & vending machines
- Frozen beverage equipment
- Coffee machines
Based in Newcastle, you’ll balance leadership with time in the field, staying connected to your team and the work that matters most.

You’re a natural leader who brings energy, confidence, and a collaborative mindset. Whether you’re mentoring your team or partnering with stakeholders, you know how to build trust and drive results. We’re looking for people who bring:
- Proven experience leading field service teams (FMCG or similar)
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to juggle priorities and stay cool under pressure
- Solid organisational and business admin skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for people
- Experience with SAP or similar systems (a bonus)
- Analytical thinking and a knack for planning ahead
