ABOUT YOUR ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst who has a proven track record in business process design and has worked in a FMCG or large scale, complex environment.
Working closely with the BPT Business Partner for Commercial and the CIO, this role will see you bring to life your skills across PMO, Project Management, Reporting and BPT Governance assisting the areas of Commercial, Neverfail and Grinders.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Support the relationships between BPT and the Australian Commercial, Neverfail and Grinders functions, assuming the role of trusted advisor to the business function leads.
- Shape and scope support functions business demand into tangible requirements in-line with the BPT Project Delivery Lifecycle.
- Responsible for the development of robust, detailed business cases for project requests, in collaboration with the business stakeholders.
- Demonstrate BPT’s value to business stakeholders and showcase the capabilities and flexibility of BPT to deliver at the pace which the business requires.
- Appraise any business process changes for BPT impact, working closely with Enterprise Architecture and BPT Strategy teams, to formulate a change impact analysis for the stakeholders.
- Support the Australian Commercial Functions during the deployment phase of projects, to maximize solution adoption and benefits realization, in close collaboration with colleagues in the Solution Delivery Team.
- Facilitate the alignment of the BPT strategy and priorities, with changing business priorities.

- 5-7 years of IT experience, ideally with functional / technical experience or from within a PMO function, seeking a future role in Project Management or Business Partnering
- SAP and Salesforce experience highly desirable.
- Demonstrable relationship building experience with business and technology stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering technology-driven change.
- Solid understanding of both system and process technology concepts.
- Solid understanding of business processes within and across business functions.
- Experience working in a global matrixed organisation.
- Knowledge of Portfolio Management / Project Management / Change Management methodologies is desirable.
- Knowledge of trends and technology developments in the context of Commercial ways of working.
- High level of drive, energy, tenacity, and a desire for professional excellence.
- Ability to prioritize own workload and co-ordinate several tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate and engage stakeholders and service providers in technical and non-technical discussions.
- Must have strong organisational skills, ability to work independently and be a self-motivated, detail-oriented, dedicated, and well-organised project professional able to work and make decisions in a high-performing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to instill a strong vision for the program with the ability to influence and mentor others.
