We have a unique opportunity for a National Business Manager- to join the Convenience and Petrol Team on a 12-month fixed term contract
About the Role
This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of joint business plan initiatives with a group of key customer as well as work cross functionally across multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Progress channel plan initiatives with customers to deliver financial and market share targets
- Utilise a joint planning process with customers to build a joint Business Plan that delivers for both CCEP and the customer
- Work collaboratively across the C&P team to deliver total channel performance
- Work closely with the Away From Home Field team to ensure clear communication of customer business plan initiatives can come to life in stores
About You
- Experience in managing customers at a national or state level.
- Understanding of the development of a national promotional program and the factors that influence its success.
- Demonstrated ability performing digital & data analysis along with established skills in converting that data into actionable insights.
- Highly developed written and verbal skills with demonstrated experience in presenting to senior level management.
- Open mindset with a willingness to learn and explore ideas from other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple parties and tasks within a fast-paced environment.
