ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Supply Chain, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across our manufacturing, logistics, planning, and operational functions. From site leadership roles to future-focused capability, you’ll connect the right people with the right roles — enabling our supply chain to keep moving and improving.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll lead a team to deliver against the Supply Chain people strategy — ensuring every hire supports the capability, capacity, and culture needed to move the function forward. You’ll work closely with senior operations leaders, embed data-driven hiring decisions, and build strong pipelines of operational and technical talent.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Strategic Talent Partnership
- Align recruitment with supply chain workforce planning and site needs
- Partner with functional leaders to shape hiring decisions using insights and market data
- Champion Inclusion & Diversity in all recruitment activities
360° Recruitment Delivery
- Manage 20+ roles at a time — from frontline management to site and senior operations roles
- Deliver 360 recruitment: briefing, sourcing, assessment, offer, onboarding
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and inclusive experience for candidates and hiring leaders
Talent Pipelining & Sourcing
- Proactively build pipelines for technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles
- Use sourcing tools, networks, and talent maps to identify great supply chain talent
Projects, Metrics & Process
- Support global/regional TA initiatives, tech rollouts, and process enhancements
- Track key recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill, candidate experience, and DEI outcomes
Team Coaching & Influence
- Coach and support TA colleagues and hiring managers on best practice hiring
- Represent TA at supply chain events and build local supplier partnerships
- Contribute to an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team culture
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!
- 4–6+ years’ experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO, or agency), ideally across operations or supply chain
- You’re a TA professional who work in service with the business to deliver to their strategic outcomes (i.e. you know the Supply Chain People Strategy and how your team delivers to this in TA.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
- You’ve lead team’s and can talk to how you drive performance and build engagement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex matrix environment
- Experience using SuccessFactors (or similar ATS)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with labour legislation and inclusive hiring practices
