DISTRIBUTION TEAM MEMBER
- DC operates 24 x 5, currently recruiting for our Dayshift (6am to 2pm)

The Role
Our business couldn't operate without our customer driven, quick-thinking and energetic Distribution Centre Team Members. It’s a fast-moving, hands-on, physical role - so you’ll need to be physically fit and raring to go.
You’ll never be bored - the work is fun and you will get plenty of exercise as you work together as a team, contributing to service our grocery customers, loading and unloading trucks with our iconic beverage brands via Forklift.

You will be given full training when you start on all the equipment and technology you will be using to carry out your role. You will also be required to demonstrate safe work behaviours, lead by example and encourage others to do the same.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing prompt dispatching and receiving of our products
- Consolidation of pallets
- Operating technology and machinery in a safe and efficient manner, which will include Forklifts and pallet movers
- Taking care for the health and safety of yourself and others at work.
About you:
- Hold a valid a Forklift Licence (preferably 2-3 years’ experience on twin tine counterbalance)
- Have clear, concise communication and numerical skills
- Be physically capable of completing manual handling tasks
- Reliable, flexible and possess eye for detail
- Previous Warehousing / Logistics experience in FMCG or similar industry, or a desire to learn
- Possess a strong safety focus and a knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (COR)
