- Communicate and track KPIs, financial targets, and business unit scores; hold yourself and your team accountable
- Execute Channel & Customer Strategy: Implement customer-specific plans and ensure compliance with trading terms
- Conduct in-field route rides using structured feedback, facilitate training sessions, and support Individual Development Plans
- Build strong relationships and execute mutually profitable growth opportunities aligned to the business plan
- Apply Customer Centric Selling techniques (BAFs, Buyer Styles, LEAP, Simple Selling) to identify and activate opportunities
- Promote safe practices and foster an inclusive, diverse team environment
- Proven track record in sales and negotiation
- Ability to coach, develop, and drive accountability
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
