Future Frontline Leaders Program
Fast-Track Your Leadership Career in Supply Chain
Are you ready to accelerate your leadership career? Our Future Frontline Leaders Program is designed for ambitious, people-focused professionals with early leadership experience who want to build a long-term career in Supply Chain. Over 24 months, you'll rotate across key operational areas, develop your leadership capability through real-world experience, and be supported by coaching, mentoring and exposure to senior leaders as you prepare for your first frontline leadership role.
At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), we make, move and sell some of the world's most loved brands to millions of consumers every day. Behind every bottle, can and customer is a team passionate about innovation, collaboration and delivering results.
We're looking for ambitious, people-focused future leaders to join our Future Frontline Leaders Program, a 24 month rotational journey designed to accelerate your development and prepare you for frontline leadership roles across our Supply Chain network.
Why This Program?
This isn't a typical future leader program. You'll gain hands-on leadership experience in real operational environments and take ownership of meaningful work whilst learning from experienced leaders across our business.
Through four six-month rotations, you'll build a broad understanding of our end-to-end Supply Chain while developing the skills, confidence and capability to become one of CCEP's future leaders.
You'll Gain:
- Tailored leadership and development experiences
- Exposure across Manufacturing, Logistics, Equipment Services (EQS) and Operational Excellence
- Opportunities to lead teams and deliver real business outcomes
- Mentoring, coaching and buddy support
- Exposure to senior leaders and executives
- A strong professional network across CCEP
Rotations May Include:
- Northmead – Manufacturing & Operational Excellence
- Eastern Creek – Preform Manufacturing
- Northmead, Eastern Creek & Arndell Park – Logistics
- Northmead & In-Field Operations – Equipment Services (EQS)
What We're Looking For
We're interested in your potential as much as your experience and ideally you’ll have one to five years of experience leading frontline or customer facing teams.
Ideally you will either have had some prior experience in operational environments where you have led or coached others, or you have a strong desire to lead and inspire others.
You'll bring:
- A passion for leadership and developing people
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Resilience, adaptability and a growth mindset
- Curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement
- Analytical problem-solving capability
- Confidence using technology and digital tools
- A desire to challenge thinking and make a positive impact
Process & Timeline:
We welcome your application and invite you to submit your current CV together with a cover letter outlining why you are interested in joining the program. Applications close on Friday 14th August, with an Assessment Centre scheduled for Wednesday 26th August at Northmead. Successful candidates will commence the program in early October.
