About the Role


We’re looking for skilled Maintenance Fitters to join our Packaging Services Division at Eastern Creek. Working a Monday to Friday day shift, you’ll enjoy job security, consistent hours and the opportunity to earn additional income by covering 24/7 shifts when required.


In this role, you’ll carry out mechanical maintenance, machine rebuilds and preventative work across our injection moulding operations. You’ll be part of a close‑knit team where your experience is valued, your contribution matters, and your role is secure within a globally recognised organisation.

What You Will Be Doing


• Maintaining and troubleshooting injection moulding and ancillary equipment
• Performing mould changes, line changeovers and major overhauls
• Reading technical drawings and completing maintenance to specification
• Working autonomously to plan and complete tasks
• Managing work orders, spares and documentation through MMS
• Supporting continuous improvement and capital projects
• Maintaining safety, GMP and housekeeping standards

What We’re Looking For


• Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or equivalent
• Experience in mechanical fitting within manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and tooling
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Problem‑solving capability and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Commitment to safety and quality
