About the Role
We are looking for a detail‑driven, proactive and people‑focused Offsite Inventory Controller to join our team at Richlands. In this role, you will take ownership of offsite storage operations, stock movements, inventory accuracy and risk prevention across our broader network.
You will be the central connector between DC operations, transport, carriers, planning, production, quality and offsite warehouse providers. Success in this role requires strong communication, structured planning and the ability to influence and coordinate without direct authority.

What You Will Be Doing
• Reviewing DC and ASRS capacity and planning offsite transfers aligned to demand and production needs
• Coordinating with carriers and partners to ensure all offsite movements execute on time
• Conducting regular stock checks and ensuring SOX compliance
• Managing ageing stock, escalating risks early and preventing cost leakage
• Ensuring accurate stock validation between systems (SAP/EMW/Swisslog/ECC) and physical locations
• Maintaining clear communication with multiple stakeholders – DC, Transport, Carriers, Planning, Production and Quality
• Providing daily operational updates and visibility of offsite inventory flows
• Strengthening relationships with offsite storage providers and improving issue resolution
• Other inventory tasks
What We’re Looking For
• Experience with SAP EMW, Swisslog or ECC
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with varied stakeholder groups
• Audit experience or understanding of stock compliance (preferred, not essential)
• Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and proactive problem solving
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment where you manage shifting priorities
• Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without direct authority
