About Your Role
- Managing daily transport distribution activities to ensure resources meet service requirements
- Supporting safe and efficient operations in line with Chain of Responsibility obligations
- Partnering with internal teams and third‑party carriers to drive strong customer outcomes
- Monitoring service KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Assisting the Distribution Centre team to ensure operational readiness
- Helping resolve customer issues and enhancing the overall customer experience
- Providing guidance, communication, and support to drivers and logistics staff
What We're Looking For
- Experience in FMCG, supply chain, transport, or a similar operational environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to influence outcomes and manage competing priorities
- Problem‑solving mindset with experience in root‑cause analysis
- Confidence working with transport KPIs and performance metrics
- Understanding of compliance obligations (e.g., Chain of Responsibility)
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
