Monday–Friday | Two‑Week Rotating Roster:
• 5:00am–1:00pm
• 8:00am–3:00pm
• 10:00am–6:00pm

About Your Role 

  • Managing daily transport distribution activities to ensure resources meet service requirements
  • Supporting safe and efficient operations in line with Chain of Responsibility obligations
  • Partnering with internal teams and third‑party carriers to drive strong customer outcomes
  • Monitoring service KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assisting the Distribution Centre team to ensure operational readiness
  • Helping resolve customer issues and enhancing the overall customer experience
  • Providing guidance, communication, and support to drivers and logistics staff

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in FMCG, supply chain, transport, or a similar operational environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to influence outcomes and manage competing priorities
  • Problem‑solving mindset with experience in root‑cause analysis
  • Confidence working with transport KPIs and performance metrics
  • Understanding of compliance obligations (e.g., Chain of Responsibility)
  • Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
