Permanent, Full‑Time
Rotating Day & Afternoon Shifts within the hours of 7am & 8pm. Work only one Weekend Day Every 6 Weeks.
☎️ On‑call component (8pm–8am)

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our Equipment & Services (EQS) team in South Australia.

Your primary focus will be servicing, maintaining, and installing coffee machines at customer sites across the Adelaide metro area. When coffee work is not required, you’ll support the broader equipment fleet, including vending machines, fountain systems, frozen beverage equipment, and merchandisers.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, solving technical problems, and delivering great service while developing expertise across multiple equipment categories.

What You Will Be Doing

• Servicing, repairing, and installing coffee machines for CCEP customers
• Supporting a wide range of CCEP equipment when required (vending, fountain, frozen beverage, merchandisers)
• Performing preventative maintenance and quality assurance
• Responding to breakdowns and ensuring a high first‑time‑fix rate
• Providing proactive customer communication and delivering exceptional service
• Managing parts inventory, stocktakes, and vehicle inventory
• Using CCEP systems to record work accurately and follow service processes
• Participating in ongoing technical development and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical troubleshooting ability and mechanical/electrical aptitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously across metro and occasional regional locations
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive commitment to safety and service excellence


Desirable (but not essential):


– Electrical or refrigeration trade qualification
– Experience with coffee machines, beverage equipment, or vending systems
