Finance Intern with German (Customer-to-Cash)

Job Purpose
The Customer‑to‑Cash (CTC) Intern will be part of the CTC department and gain hands‑on exposure to financial operations while contributing to the delivery of service excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous process optimization. The role is ideal for a proactive, analytical, and customer‑focused individual who is eager to build a career in finance within an international business environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with polices and established standards
  • Ensure full adherence to Coca-Cola Europacific Partners policies, including approvals, financial guidelines, internal procedures
  • Handle confidential financial and customer documentation with discretion, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy requirements
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues, queries, and requests in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, escalating matters when appropriate
  • Support team members and collaborate effectively across sub functions
  • Interact with customers regarding account receivables, billing discrepancies, customer marketing agreements  and other financial matters
  • Contribute feedback and insights to help optimize processes, tools, and automation initiatives.
  • Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and good level of English
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to address and escalate issues to the appropriate level where required
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Finance bachelor’s degree (complete or in process)
  • Team work;
  • Time management, planning and organisation
