The Opportunity

We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional to join our Away from Home Finance team as a Commercial Partnership Manager.

In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner closely with our National and Key Account Sales teams to provide commercial guidance that supports sustainable, profitable growth. Acting as a trusted business advisor, you'll review and influence commercial proposals, analyse complex customer agreements, and provide strategic insights that optimise financial outcomes while balancing customer needs and commercial risk.

Based in our North Sydney office, you'll work alongside senior leaders across Sales, Revenue Growth Management and Finance, playing a critical role in shaping commercial decisions that deliver long-term value for both CCEP and our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining financial analysis with strategic business partnering, influencing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with National and Key Account teams to provide commercial guidance and influence strategic customer proposals and long-range planning
  • Review and analyse customer agreements and commercial submissions to optimise profitability while identifying and mitigating financial risk
  • Develop financial models and commercial analysis to solve complex business challenges and support decision making
  • Conduct post-agreement performance reviews, providing insights and recommendations to improve future commercial outcomes
  • Manage the end-to-end governance and compliance of commercial agreements, ensuring adherence to company policies and financial controls
  • Provide expert advice on agreement terms, commercial risk, pricing and compliance processes
  • Build capability across the business by educating stakeholders on commercial processes, systems and best practice
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial processes, systems and ways of working
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Revenue Growth Management and Finance to deliver sustainable business outcomes

About You

You are a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business to influence decisions and drive profitable outcomes. You're naturally curious, analytical and confident communicating with senior stakeholders, using data to tell a compelling story and challenge thinking where required.

In addition, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial finance, business partnering or commercial accounting roles
  • Strong analytical capability with experience developing financial models and commercially sound business cases
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic commercial advice
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders within a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance commercial opportunity and financial risk
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce or Accounting
  • CA or CPA qualifications highly regarded
