Communications & Events Support : " A Year in Industry"

Role Purpose:To support the delivery of communications and events across GB Customer Service and Supply Chain (CSSC). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about engaging people, telling clear and compelling stories, and creating high quality communication experiences for our internal teams.

You will play a key role in supporting day to day communication activities, event planning, content creation, and the use of CCEP’s digital communication tools. The successful intern will be able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and also collaborate effectively as part of a wider team.

Key Internship Experiences:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of CSSC GB communication initiatives and internal events.
  • Produce clear, engaging, and well‑structured written content for internal channels.
  • Help maintain and update digital communication platforms in line with CCEP standards.
  • Assist with the creation of presentation materials, newsletters, and video content.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather information and develop meaningful communication outputs.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and strong attention to detail across all communication materials.
  • Continuously learn and apply CCEP’s digital communication tools and technologies.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong capability in planning, organising, and coordinating skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritise tasks.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, including CCEP’s digital communication systems. (Canva, Redline an internal social media platform & Poppulo for internal communications)
  • Experience in communications, events, or a related field is beneficial but not essential
