Senior Manager, L&D Commercial Capabilities, 2 Year Fixed Term Contract - GB

As the L&D senior manager you will build the current and future capabilities of our fantastic Commercial GB team by designing best-in class development learning journeys. Helping both them and the business to grow! This is a 2 year fixed term contract role based in GB. 

Reporting into the Director of L&D for Commercial capabilities, you’ll be partnering right across our Great Britain Business. Designing and delivering best-in class development plans, programs and learning journeys for; sales, revenue growth management & building our peoples’ commercial acumen.  This role enables the deployment of the entire learning curriculum for our commercial teams including how we embed that learning and reinforce its use in practice across our market to unlock future growth.

What to expect:
Aligning with our global and local commercial strategy you will work across the business to advise & influence on how best to deploy and activate through CCEP resources. In doing so, you will build long-term, proactive country Commercial Capability plans.

Using your excellent influencing techniques you will pro-actively advise and support the business in identifying learning gaps to maximize capabilities and deploy targeted development interventions & ensure quality measurement.

With your strong facilitating & coaching skills you will be responsible for end-to-end Commercial Learning Needs Analysis (in GB) aligning with our Field Sales Training teams, People & Culture business partners and the business unit Talent Lead.


Skills & Essentials:
 Using your extensive L&D experience within FMCG (or similar), you will work across multifunctional teams building collaborative relationships with HR Business partners & commercial leaders.

With your high levels of commercial acumen & design learning expertise you’ll enjoy working in a fast paced environment, utilizing your strong communication skills to articulate at an appropriate level for the audience in an ever changing environment.  Ideally you will have experience in cross-country projects and be comfortable working in a matrixed global organisation.
