The role:

The Head of Security & Risk is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of CCEP employees and the safeguarding of the company’s assets, including managing security contracts and providers, and overseeing security investigation into breaches and offence committed by employees or stakeholders if fraud, security or risk related.   

Also responsible for developing and embedding robust asset protection and security protocols across all CCEP PNG sites and operations to minimise loss and asset depreciation for CCEP PNG.

Lead and motivate the Security, Fraud and Risk team through ongoing coaching and building internal capability for succession to deliver a sustainable locally led future in PNG integral to this position.

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

  • Degree Qualification (Business, Legal, Risk Management)
  • Relevant Training (Law Enforcement; Military; Legal)
  • Experience in Public and/or Private Security – predominantly with Senior Investigative experience.
  • Understanding of the Investigative profession.
  • Team Management experience.
  • Investigative and high-level report writing skills.
  • PNG Law, the legal process and all evidentiary requirements.
  • Experience in managing a large team (including direct and indirect staff) across various regions in country.
  • Understand the commercial elements of the business and ensure that the function operates effectively within the commercial realities of the business operations.
  • Continuous Improvement.
  • Relationship Management
  • Governance, Compliance & Risk
  • Investigation framework and processes requirements.
  • Understanding of the PNG Legal process and relevant laws.
  • Working knowledge of evidentiary gathering techniques. o High Level Report Writing.
  • High Ethical Standards.
  • Coaching & developing direct report and others.
  • Facilitating change management process within CCEP.
