Your job will involve:

 - Design and implement data processes that enable targeted omni-contact activities, based on sell-through data (from wholesalers, retailers, and national accounts).
 - Identifying white spots and commercial growth opportunities across channels and translating them into recommendations for the sales team.
 - Partnering with the omni-contact team to assess campaign potential and performance and share insights that guide future targeting and activation.
 - Driving analytics on wholesaler data and generating robust, data-based input for Pay for Performance agreements with our wholesalers.
 - Contributing to the overall data strategy, ensuring best practices in governance, process optimization, and insight generation.
 - Presenting insights and results in internal forums and cross-functional meetings, ensuring that data drives the conversation.
