We’re looking for a Head of Supply Chain to lead from the front. You’ll step into a critical leadership role during this period of growth—owning the end-to-end supply chain and sitting on the Grinders Leadership Team.

  • End-to-end supply chain: manufacturing, procurement, planning, and logistics

  • Operational excellence: drive cost, efficiency, and service performance 

  • People & culture: lead a diverse team—from frontline production to senior leaders 

  • Quality & safety: champion QESH, food safety, and compliance standards 

  • Innovation: partner with Marketing & NPD to bring new products to market 

  • Future-readyRoasteryshape & deliver capital plans for ‘future’ supply chain capability

  • Growth & transformation: lead through change in a fast-paced, scaling environment

What you’ll bring…

  • Strong manufacturing experience (essential) — you understand complex production environments and know how to optimise day to day performance 

  • Strategic planning capability (essential) — you can use data and insights to build plans that deliver sustainable, efficient supply chain outcomes

  • QESH expertise — safety, quality, and compliance are non-negotiables for you

  • Proven leadership across all levelsfrom frontline teams to senior leaders

  • Ability to influence cross-functionally in a matrix environment

  • Strong understanding of the FMCG environment and ways of working

  • Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
