At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), you have the opportunity to take your first steps or growth in HR as a People & Culture Coordinator at our vibrant site in Ghent.

In this role, you will be close to employees on the shop floor and have the opportunity to grow, learn, and make an impact, supported by an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner. This is a temporary contract until 31/12/2026.

Your job will involve

  • Act as a point of contact for employees on site.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support and train employees on HR tools and systems and assist in recruitment tasks.
  • Assist with presentations and communications across sites.
  • Support projects such as wellbeing sessions and engagement surveys.
  • Responsible for HR Communications.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and metrics.
  • Support all other CSSC sites (and potentially HQ)  as needed. Those sites are Antwerp, Chaudfontaine and our distribution centres at Borgloon and Heppignies.
  • Support P&C BP’s in tactical and even strategic CSSC projects ( eg Absenteeism, work force planning) and this in close collaboration with central P&C Coordinator in order to ensure alignment with central functions, Field sales and Commercial.

Profile must haves:

  • Passion for People & Culture
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English
  • Discretion with sensitive information
  • Willigness to drive on regular moments to the other sites.

Profile nice to haves:

  • Detail-oriented and efficient
  • Flexible and resilient
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and SuccessFactors
  • First HR experience in Hard HR is a plus
