The role:
The role of the Trade Implementation Manager is to manage trade implementation of our sales team in trade vs sales and marketing strategy and expectation, building strong customer services and brand presence, drive continuous improvement in all the key tasks of the role.

A well-presented, highly personable and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification or experience equivalent would be an advantage.
- 8-10 years’ experience at management level with strong emphasis on sales/Logistics management.
- Strong experience in fast moving consumer goods environment.
- Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software as MSD.
- Data Analysis and reporting tools as Excel.
- Highly skilled in PowerPoint and reporting tools.
- Building Working Relationships.
- Planning & Organizing.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making.
- Strong Business Acumen
