The role will also contribute to the delivery of the broader global mobility agenda, working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a consistent and compliant mobility experience, which meets business needs and delivers an excellent assignee experience.
•  Manage the entire end to end mobility process for all moves within APS and cross regional moves from APS to Europe, co-ordinating all internal and external teams to ensure business needs are met and the assignee experience is strong. This would include partnering with Talent to discuss potential moves; advising on correct policy type; creating cost estimates and Letters of Support; communicating complex global mobility topics to assignees, leaders and PCBP’s; managing and minimising exception requests; liaising with internal and external teams to manage the assignee life cycle from pre-assignment phase, through to on assignment phase and post assignment phase, gathering assignee feedback to consistently improve the assignee experience.

•  Lead individual pre-assignment, on assignment and post assignment (feedback) briefings with assignees to ensure a clear understanding of the policy, process and benefits, and to provide an enhanced assignee experience.
