District Sales Manager (Melbourne North) - contract to Sept 2026

A new secondment opportunity has arisen for a District Sales Manager based in Moorabbin. This role is full-time until 25 September 2026.
Your territory covers Melbourne’s north and northwest, including key hubs such as Maribyrnong, Moonee Ponds, Airport West, Craigieburn, Sunbury, Epping, Campbellfield, and the Melbourne Airport precinct.
In this role, you’ll embed a high-performance culture, coach and develop your team, and drive territory volume and sales to deliver growth for both our customers and CCEP. You’ll leverage tools like PICOS (Picture of Success), Battlegrounds data and apply Customer Centric Selling (CCS) principles to ensure success.
Collaboration both internal and external is key; you’ll work closely with internal partners such as EQS (Equipment Services) and account teams to fulfil our customer commitments plus also externally with Regional & Area managers in the biggest Customer groups within the CCEP Customer portfolio. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, combined with your customer focus and growth mindset, will make you successful in this role.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate and track KPIs, financial targets, and RED scores; hold yourself and your team accountable
- Execute Channel & Customer Strategy: Implement customer-specific plans using PICOS and ensure compliance with trading terms
- Conduct in-field route rides using structured feedback (SamC), facilitate training sessions, and support Personal Development Plans
- Build strong relationships and execute mutually profitable growth opportunities aligned to the business plan
- Apply Customer Centric Selling techniques (BAFs, Buyer Styles, LEAP, Simple Selling) to identify and activate opportunities
- Promote safe practices and foster an inclusive, diverse team environment
