Learning & Development Co-Ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented L&D Co-ordinator to join our project team in Moorabbin as we launch a new production line dedicated to producing Powerade and Fuze Tea.Your 12-month site-based contract role will have you coordinating all the training requirements for the new production line.
You will work closely with the Project Lead and Operational Readiness Lead to ensure a smooth transition to Business as Usual (BAU) operations with the accountability of executing the L&D Readiness Plan in coordination with the to upskill operators and maintenance personnel.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM
The Learning & Development function is responsible for enabling technical capability to support supply chain performance excellence through project and program delivery. The function aligns highly specialised teams to ensure we deliver capability, improved safety, customer experience, and commercial performance in support of CCEP’s objectives.
The team is responsible for contributing to the strategic agenda of the Australian Supply Chain Network by defining, developing, and executing the L&D strategy in collaboration with operational readiness activities, and providing expertise to assist delivery of capability to specific Supply Chain projects.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
The primary purpose of the L&D Readiness Co-Ordinator is to ensure capability requirements for major works are planned and implemented, supporting transition through hypercare periods and operational ramp up time for the project.
As the subject matter expert for L&D, the L&D Readiness Co-Ordinator effectively manages the implementation of training programs in line with commissioning plans and provides advice on L&D matters to the key stakeholders.
The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, working across a matrixed organisation; leveraging operational knowledge, analytical skills, and a solution focus mindset to maximise outcomes from system, process, and organisational changes.
Please note, we are looking for someone that loves being onsite building relationships- as this role is based at the Moorabbin site 5 days a week.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The L&D Lead is a site-based role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning CSSC and is accountable to the Operational Readiness Lead. The role facilitates the process and governance of training and assessment, delivering a capable workforce for new equipment working with the project and site resources to deliver:
- Through the change impact assessment, identify & deliver the L&D requirements to successfully transition the project to BAU operations.
- Deliver the L&D Readiness plan in line with operational readiness to enable the upskill of operators and maintenance personnel.
- Establish the L&D training criteria/checklists for frontline operators and maintenance.
- Assess and verify that all L&D criteria is in line with operational readiness through to conclusion of the project (i.e. the project is handed over to BAU (post hypercare period)
- Apply governance to escalate and track issues that prevent criteria from being met with the project team, and provide updates to the relevant Operational Readiness/Supply Chain operations representative/s.

Career Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in an L&D role including planning, developing, and delivering learning programs, assessing learning for on-the-job application.
- Experience in analysis, design and development of training material and assessments
- Experience with FMCG, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics.
- Practical understanding of Supply Chain processes
Technical Skills:
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities in parallel, and achieve results through teams
- Utilise the L&D process and governance framework used in Supply Chain, ability to apply a structured approach.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Analytical and logical mindset, with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
Qualifications/licenses:
- Essential – Certificate IV Training & Assessment; MS Word; PowerPoint; Excel; Process Mapping
- Desirable – PROSCI, MS Project; SAP, APO, LineView, ECC, EWM, TMS, ECC
