If you're driven, passionate and ambitious, the Channel Manager - At Home position based in Port Moresby is the ideal role for you.

The role:

The Channel Manager – At Home is responsible for developing successful channel strategies and working with the wider sales team to ensure strategies are executed to achieve sales targets for key customers. The role is also responsible for maximising profitable volume growth by developing strategies in line with the marketing and business objectives and then building the plans to hand over to the Field sales teams to implement. This role will also undertake regular review and monitoring of these strategies and the execution to determine effectives.

Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

  • Business or marketing degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 7 + years in FMCG sales or marketing roles.
  • Strong analysis and numeric skills.
  • Ability to convert data into insights and create strategic plans.
  • Digital native or demonstrated passion for learning more about the digital landscape and new and emerging technology.
  • Able to influence and build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel skills (able to transform data into a story).
  • PowerPoint and Word skills.
  • Financial literacy.
