If you're driven, passionate and ambitious, the Executive Assistant & Office Manager position to be based in POM/LAE is the ideal role for you.
The role:
This role is a hands-on, proactive, and proficient role; hence its purpose is to provide support by: Managing the day-to-day administration activities of Sales & Commercial Director PNG and Managing Office Administration of CCEP PNG.
Our desired candidate:
A well-presented, highly personable and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other relevant disciplines and qualifications.
- Preferably at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role or in a role involving extensive exposure and interaction with or senior management teams, and with governance responsibilities.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills - including the requirement to possess tact, diplomacy, and assertiveness.
- Proven initiative, solutions focused, committed, and a positive and reliable attitude, which is ‘can do’ and flexible to get the job done.
- Ability to maintain a good working relationship with and between the other assistants within the company and external parties.
- Ability to focus on the macro and have high level attention to detail.
- An appreciation for confidential matters and discretion and ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
- Flexibility to work around team priorities
