Distribution Centre Team Member - Richlands

Based at our Richlands Distribution Centre, this is a permanent fulltime role for the afternoon shift (1pm – 9pm).

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and prompt picking and dispatching of products
  • Managing orders, manual handling duties and pallet stacking
  • Inventory / stock control activities
  • Safe and efficient operation of technology and machinery (including forklifts for licensed team members)
  • Demonstrating and promoting safe work behaviours

About You

  • Hold a valid Forklift Licence (or willing and able to obtain one)
  • Strong communication and numerical skills
  • Physically capable of manual handling tasks
  • Reliable, flexible and detail‑oriented
  • Previous FMCG warehousing experience is ideal, but not essential — we’ll train you
  • Strong awareness of safety and Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements
