Coordinator, Talent Acquisition with French language skills

This role supports the Talent Acquisition team in France in the administrative and coordination aspects of the recruitment processes to ensure these are efficient, fast and offer an excellent recruiters, candidates and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Adopt a clear and logical approach to administrative tasks, with an aptitude for methodical process management and using systems to support work activity.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Attend recruitment planning meetings between HR Business Partners and recruiters to be informed about future recruitments
- Enter requisitions into the ATS ( Applicant tracking system) and verify their accuracy.
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
- Monitor candidate progress through the selection process, ensuring the Applicant Tracking System, and other relevant Customer Relationship management systems, are kept up to date with relevant commentary and status updates.
- Positive representative of the TA team, and of CCEP, when dealing with enquiries and communication, ensuring the highest standards of customer service in line with agreed standards.
- Understanding of key policies and legal requirements in recruitment processes and manages candidates professionally, seeking guidance when necessary.
- Complete regular reporting activities to ensure key hiring metrics are being tracked and monitored appropriately.
- Take the ownership of onboarding process, control and/or collect additional information from hiring managers and recruiters if needed.

Experiencerequired
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment within a customer service–oriented administrative role.
Education & Qualifications required
- Completed commercial vocational training or qualification with focus on human resources.
- Professional experience in a comparable role.
Language capability
- French - fluent
- English skills considered a plus.
