We’re looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our dynamic People and Culture team, located in Sofia and Varna!

Who is this for?

This internship is designed for currently enrolled undergraduates in their second, third, or fourth year of degree-level education, ideally with an interest in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries via our service portal and phone.
  • Resolve HR-related requests using scripts, FAQs, and our Genie knowledge platform.
  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes—from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain employee records in our HR systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Procurement) to deliver smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Help improve workflows and contribute to HR innovation projects.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of one of the following languages is also a must - French, Dutch, German or Spanish;
  • A proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Interest in HR systems, data privacy, and process improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
