Job Purpose

We are now looking for a Commercial Reporting Manager to join our Data & Insights Services (DIS) Team. 
The role provides insightful, accurate and timely performance reporting and analysis to stakeholders within the CCEP Commercial Тeams. This role will be responsible for fostering harmonized processes and cross-functional and cross market collaboration, promoting expertise, and identifying opportunities for increasing value delivery within the Data and Insights domain. It will also play a crucial role in driving collaboration, aligning strategies with central teams, and ensuring the efficient utilisation of data and insights across the organization.
Together with the team of Commercial Reporting Analysts, the Commercial Reporting Manager will provide insightful, accurate and timely performance reporting and analysis to the respective stakeholders to support the decision making process and to ultimately accelerate business performance for CCEP.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical & technical skills, as well as curiosity with the ability to collaborate effectively and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•    Develop a deep understanding of how business functions and how data reflects business performance.

•    Understand the needs of the stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications and requirements. 

•    Design & validate meaningful business KPIs and dashboards, building pilot/ad-hoc reports, and monitoring/spotting trends in the existing regular reports.

•    Develop and maintain standards for operation including planning, execution, monitoring, trouble shooting, removing blockers, recovery and learning from failures and validation of outputs.

•    Monitor long-term trends and business drivers and suggests insights.

•    Advocate Agile environment and Agile ways of working characterized by flexibility, collaboration, iterative progress, and swift response to changes. 

•    Support the team and amend existing reports and build new reports through data transformations using Alteryx, BI tools, SQL, Databricks or other tools and systems 

People management 

•    Lead a team of direct reports and manage capacity & workload.

•    Monitor and improve team performance metrics, manage individual performance, set SMART business and development goals. 

Stakeholder management 

•    Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of reporting activities and help on resolving any reporting and data issues.

•    Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. 

Continuous improvement

•    Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives including automation and scaling best practices. 

•    Provide insights and proposals on process and reporting improvement, standardization and simplification within the dedicated area of expertise. 

•    Provide regular feedback on the performance and reliability of BPT systems as a basis for ensuring the quality and accuracy of data.

Data Governance

•    Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data within the organization. Collaborate with Data Governance & Data Ops teams to establish and maintain data quality standards and processes.

Key Stakeholders    

Internal:

•    Commercial teams both in Business Units and Group Commercial

•    Teams in ISS

•    Other – Finance, Supply Chain, IT, HR

External:

•    CCEP Reporting support vendors

Experience preferred 

•    3-5 years’ relevant experience in a dynamic environment like a multinational organization or a Shared Services Centre on a people management role

•    People management experience, incl. coaching, developing direct reports and handling performance issues

•    Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices

•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

•    Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, and data visualization tools

Qualifications required
Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance or Information Systems

Functional technical skills required

•    Ability to design a dashboard and explore complex datasets - Power BI, MS Data Factory, Data Bricks – Intermediate/Advanced. 

•    Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or ERP experience (preferably SAP) – Basic/Intermediate

•    Database query experience in Databricks, Azure, SQL and/or Alteryx – Intermediate/Advanced

•    Understanding the sales processes and the route to market/FMCG specifics - Advanced

•    Understanding the Performance reporting environment and needs of relevant stakeholders – Advanced

•    Understanding of financial systems & processes – Basic.
