Job Purpose:
The Portfolio Manager within the Technology team is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring that all projects are delivered in alignment with CCEP’s BPT Way methodology.
In this role, you will support Project Managers in maintaining governance standards and work with multiple stakeholders to help drive operational efficiencies.
You will also manage low to medium complexity projects within the Technology portfolio
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily operations within the Technology Project Management Office, ensuring consistent application of project governance and standards
- Maintain PMO tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms
- Support Project Managers in applying the BPT Way methodology across all phases of the project lifecycle
- Monitor project compliance and performance through regular reviews and dashboard reporting
- Facilitate effective communication between different teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and portfolio performance
- Lead and manage low to medium complexity projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential
Experiance:
- Proven experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment
- Hands-on project management experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of project financials, including budget management, forecasting, and familiarity with procurement processes such as purchase requests, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoicing.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across various levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, with a proactive, goal-oriented, and structured approach to work
- Experience working in a diverse, international environment, with the ability to collaborate virtually across geographies
Technical Skills:
- Project management tools (MS Project, JIRA/Confluence)
- Data analysis and reporting
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros)
- Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization
- Documentation and collaboration tools
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- SharePoint for document management and collaboration
- Teams for communication and coordination
- Financial and budge management
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP)
- Understanding of purchase orders, invoicing and cost forecasting
- Methodologies and frameworks
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, e.g. PMP
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and stage-gate processes
- Automation & scripting (nice-to-have)
- Power Automate for automating repetitive tasks
