Job Purpose
The Profectus Training Solutions Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing training solutions that enable employees to effectively use Profectus systems. The role will manage SAP training tools, including SAP Enable Now and SAP Companion, as well as Salesforce. This role is crucial in enhancing the skills and productivity of our employees through effective training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that align with Profectus training and change management goals, with a focus on SAP and Salesforce training tools.
- Design and manage e-learning courses and other training materials using SAP Enable Now and SAP Companion.
- Support the Training and Adoption Lead to evaluate individual and organizational development needs related to SAP and Salesforce.
- Maintain and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools, specifically SAP Enable Now and SAP Companion.
- With the Training and Adoption Lead, collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and solutions for SAP and Salesforce.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- With the Training and Adoption Lead, Manage budgets and vendor relationships related to SAP and Salesforce training tools and programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, particularly in SAP and Salesforce training.
Experiencepreferred
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or similar role, with a focus on SAP and Salesforce training tools.
- Experience with instructional design and content development for SAP and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with various training methodologies and techniques
Qualifications required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
Functional technical skills required
- Strong knowledge of SAP Enable Now, SAP Companion, and Salesforce
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs for SAP and Salesforce
- Certification in Learning and Development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM)
Behavioural competencies preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
